Terms of sale at Akpinar Industrial Zone(updated September 26, 2011)
- Price is 700 TL / m²
- Sales can only made with the customers who will soon make construction, however will not to be sold to customers with the investment objectives.
- The forward contract will be made with customers who previously be taken money down and the contract will be lasting. If conditions are not fulfilled within 15 days, then the contract will be void.
- The project and license issues will be completed, and then customer pays the cost of tuition and other services.
- After license issues have been completed, the foundation excavation will be made. Hence, all expenses will be paid by customer after foundation excavation.
- The customer will fulfill land fee and then land transfer will be made.
- The main contract will be made and transfer of the land will be encumbered after the remaining balance of bond or check as a result of agreements including construction agreements, has been taken.
