Akpınar Plaza and Administration Building Construction
The building whose construction started on October 1, 2009 is currently %50 completed. The building is constructing with an area of 6000 m2 with four-storey building, and maintenance services in the basement, showroom in the ground, administration on the first floor, and offices located in the roof.
Hacı Sıdıka Akpınar Mosque
Mosque has 1500 m2 closed area and will be built with a capacity of 1,000 people. The construction is completed and inner decoration will be start soon.
CONVERSE Production Facility
A large ground-breaking ceremony was held with the participation of company officials and their lovers. When the facility was completed, will have approximately 20,000 m² covered area. Construction is underway by Akpınar Project and Construction. Facility will be used as production center, storage, factory outlets and exhibition center.

Onay Makina Factory Construction
In the Akpınar Industrial Zone, Factory will produce both stropiyer and stropiyer machines. The building has a covered area of 5000 m². Excavation work was initiated. It will be construted by Akpınar Project and Construction.
Akpınar Group Industrial Storage Building was bought by ÇEKİR DIŞ TİCARET
The Building will be used by the company as textile production and storage center. The Building will be also construted by Akpınar Project and Construction.
Berk Pharmaceutical Factory
In Akpınar Industrial Zone, a new factory will be built by Berk Pharmaceutical Factory. Construction is underway by Akpınar Project and Construction.
Maksem Factory Construction
When the facility was completed, ıt will be used as factory and storage center.
