• Sales can only made with the customers who will soon make construction, however will not to be sold to customers with the investment objectives.
• The forward contract will be made with customers who previously be taken money down and the contract will be lasting. If conditions are not fulfilled within 15 days, then the contract will be void.
• The project and license issues will be completed, and then customer pays the cost of tuition and other services.

TOKİ is establishing a five starred industrial zone in Hadımköy. The industrial zone is constructing with Akpinar Industrial Zone and will provide having work and living opportunities without long road and traffic woes to five thousand residents in the region. Akpinar Hadımköy Industrial Area is designed as a living area to provide industrialists manufacturing, finance and transport while providing physical facilities, parks, cinemas, public housing, shopping and sports center.
TOKİ who constructed five thousands public housing in Hadimkoy is creating a new city by establishing Akpinar Industrial Zone. Construction Real Estate Marketing prepared 1500-acre Hadimkoy Akpinar Industrial Zone with the slogan of “to compete with the world”, the price of m2 is  500 TL and waiting for the Turkish industrialists. It is 12 kilometers away from TEM Hadimkoy tool-booths. Akpinar Industrial Zone is established on 273-acre parcel of 1500-acre land and is aiming to become a magnet for Turkish industrialists.

Asb Petrol was planned and designed as to meet the requirements of all kinds of fuel needs in the Akpınar Industrial Zone and its surrounding. Station was constructed on an area of 9305 m². Construction started in October 2009 and  was completed in January 2011. A grand opening ceremony was conducted on Saturday, February 19, 2011. Politics, bureaucracy, industrialists and businessmen participated in opening ceremony.

In the Akpınar Industrial Zone, Factory will produce both stropiyer and stropiyer machines. The building has a covered area of 5000 m². Excavation work was initiated. It will be construted by Akpınar Project and Construction.
