What is ready mixed concrete?

Ready mixed concrete is a construction material that obtained by mixing cement, aggregates, water, mineral and chemical additives in modern facilities with scientific methods and measurements, initially can be shaped but over time gains. However, this fundamental material should be chosen and used properly since it is not possible to change concrete after the termination of production of a structure while many other materials used in construction can be changed after the termination of production


History of ready mixed concrete

Cement concrete as the main raw material for the first time was introduced in 1824. The first reinforced concrete building was built in 1857. The first production of ready mixed concrete ise1900′lü be seen in Germany in the early years. Ongoing basis in the concrete structures began to be used as construction material in a very short period of time in many countries of widespread production and use of ready mixed concrete. Our country is ready to use concrete to the 1980s, some firms towards the production began to be used in its construction. Having such a short time, but ready-mixed concrete industry has rapidly developed into the latest technology and experienced manpower with equipment still maintains rapid growth.

The plant is planned as with R & D, laboratory, library, and units of purchasing, marketing, manufacturing, shipping, accounting and administrative work on 10.000 m2 area. The daily production capacity of two power plants with 200m3/h capacity will be 4000 m3. This plant is planned for the purpose of reducing costs of industrial plants in the industrial zone and encouraging construction activities around.

The daily production of two plant having the capacity of 100 m3/h is 4000 m3. This plant is planned for the purpose of reducing costs of industrial plants in the industrial zone and encouraging construction activities around. The produced concrete provided with 11 mixers and 3 mobile pumps.
