Akpınar Plaza and Administrative Building Construction
The building whose construction started on October 1, 2009 is currently %50 completed. The building is constructing with an area of 6000 m2 with four-storey building, and maintenance services in the basement, showroom in the ground, administration on the first floor, and offices located in the roof.
A grand opening ceremony was conducted for asb petrol
Asb Petrol was planned and designed as to meet the requirements of all kinds of fuel needs in the Akpınar Industrial Zone and its surrounding. Station was constructed on an area of 9305 m2. Construction started in October 2009 and was completed in January 2011. A grand opening ceremony was conducted on Saturday, February 19, 2011. Politics, bureaucracy, industrialists and businessmen participated in opening ceremony.
‘Smart Post Office’ is being establishing at Akpinar İndustrial Zone
Mass Housing Administration (TOKİ), PTT General Directorate of Istanbul is establishing a giant center of processing of freight and mail. It will in service in 2011. Thanks to the center, without the need to zip code, address and letters written by hand will be automatically decomposited.
According to the information given from TOKİ, intelligent mail center’s contract was made in September. “Siyah Kalem Mühendislik” has won the contract with a cost of 54 million 770 TRY excluding VAT. The center will be established in the field of 213.555 square meters of area in Çatalca town (Hadımköy) Yassıören Akpinar Industrial Zone. The expected cost is approximately 60 million TRY. Construction will be completed in 400 days. Construction started this year, the center is scheduled to enter service in 2011. Thanks to automatic letter sorting system which is brought from Japan, a new era of the highest speed and lowest error in postal services will begin. In the new system, all the addresses, street, house number will be registered. With its address database system, the addresses written in the handwriting read by the time discrimination in an automated manner. Time lost resulting from separation will be eliminated in Istanbul where 80% of shipments are made.. The system will parsing addresses automatically first on the European side of Istanbul. Then the application will be extended to various hot spots.
